[ 2006 harvest ]
The 2006 harvest has begun the 15th with the white grapes: we are picking vermentino, white grenache and the roussanne of Las Vals. This vintage seems very intesting regarding the balance of the grapes. A lot of work was done on the vines, like re-structuring the vermentino by tying it up.
